• We require a $100 deposit to reserve an animal.  Until we have a deposit in hand all animals are considered still for sale and available on a first come first serve basis (some exceptions apply).  We will accept deposits after the lambs are born.
•  The cost of all health certificates and tests that are required for transporting out of Washington are the responsibility of the buyer We will accommodate reasonable testing but it  must be paid for by buyer in advance.   
• All Lambs need to be picked up within 30 days of purchase or 30 days of weening.  If they stay longer a fee may be added for maintaining the animal during that time.
•  All of our Southdown Babydoll lambs are given CD/T shots and will have their tails docked. 
• Lambs will be registered in good faith with all registries requested.  We cannot guarantee that the registry will not at some point remove the sheep from the registry.
•  We make no guarantee that our lambs are all tame and friendly.  Our lambs stay with their moms and they are socialized with the sheep, not people.
•  We do keep a waiting list of buyers interested in lambs.  If you are interested in being placed on the list, please contact us.  All persons on waiting list will be first come first serve.  If you do not respond to email, phone call within a day or two we will move to the next on the list
•  We reserve the right to retain any baby, regardless of outside reservations.  This is for the purpose of keeping and improving our own stock. However, we will do our best to meet the needs of outside reservations.  We also reserve the right to refuse to sell to any buyer for any reason.freshest and healthiest produce possible.
